Travel for an easy therapy session. It's good for your mind, heart, calming, and outlook.

Sometimes you need a change of scenery to regroup, to refocus, to re-energize, and more. Whether just getting out of the house, or out of the country, or out of the weather - it's all good therapy that would go a long way in helping your mental (even physical) state. Travel need not be far or expensive - just get out of your rut.

Sometimes it's as simple as taking a walk and getting out in the sun, looking at trees and clouds, or taking the dog for a walk. This can give you a quick escape that can help you for the day.

For a more relaxing time, get away to a beach, or a ski town - it depends on what energizes you. If you run on being active, then something with skiing, or hiking, or biking or some other activity (or several activities) would be a good way to rejuvenate. If you are more of a relaxing type person, you would be better to travel somewhere that you can just take it easy and relax. Head toward a beach with a book and sunscreen.

Depending on your budget and vacation time - here are ideas. Take a walk away from your normal neighborhood, for a change of scenery and able to reflect on something different. Fly off to a relaxing beach, a fun or competitive activity, explore history, find out about a new destination, or visit relatives - something that brings you joy and no stress. Take a day trip to the mountains, a lake, a beach, an amusement park, a different town, or something you think of. Take a cruise - forget carting your luggage around destinations and keep in it one room, while taking excursion trips (and no cooking meals).

There are great prices on get-away flight deals. Book a flight to a great destination and put everything out of your mind - relax, have fun, de-stress, rest, and forget all your worries.
